Translations
If you submit a new translation or a translation correction to Onlive Clock, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The translation is your own original work, and that you own the exclusive copyright to the translation. In particular, you assert and warrant that you are not working on the behalf of any corporation or entity which may claim copyright to the translation under agreements you have previously entered into with that corporation or entity. You will retain ownership of your translation after submitting it to Onlive Clock.
Your translation does not infringe any third-party copyright or other intellectual property right in any worldwide jurisdiction.
You agree to grant Onlive Clock a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the translation. This includes without limitation the rights to reproduce, distribute, excerpt, make available, publish, display, translate, index, modify, prepare derivative works of, transmit, and publicly perform the translation, in whole or in part, in any form, and through any medium chosen by Onlive Clock. You agree that the license will be royalty-free and that Onlive Clock will not provide acknowledgment of or compensation to you in connection with these activities. You agree that Onlive Clock may sublicense and/or transfer the rights you have assigned without restriction.
Onlive Clock does not guarantee that your translation will be published. You agree that Onlive Clock reserves the right to choose to use (or to choose not to use) any translation, as they deem appropriate, at any time, for any reason.
